We meet with Manu for:

  • Special workshops. Upcoming workshops are: Awakening Winter Vitality (15.12.17-23.2.18); Cultivating Happiness (19.12.17-16.1.18); and Lucid Dreaming (2-4.2.18)
  • Meditation sessions of centering, stretching, guided relaxation, breathing, and meditation. We learn Tibetan Buddhist meditation shamatha-vipashyana-mahamudra techniques. 
  • Meditative Hatha Yoga sessions of centering, joints and glands exercises, asana , guided relaxation, breathing, and meditation.
  • Buddhist Yoga, which focuses on the purification, unblocking, and strengthening of the vital or subtle body and includes exercises inspired in Chinese Yoga Nei Kung Qi Gong and in Tibetan Yoga.
  • Individual, couple, small group Guided Relaxation sessions at your home or workplace that include mild physical exercise, relaxation, breathing, and guided meditation.

Group classes take place at Manipura Yoga Studio, Salomonkatu 19, 00100 Helsinki (near Kamppi metro station).

Private, couple, small group guided relaxation sessions take place in private homes or workplaces.

Webinar classes or sessions can be attended from anywhere in the world.
