Private Sessions at your Home or Workplace

 

Manu offers individual, couple, or small group guided relaxation sessions at your home or workplace that include mild physical exercise, relaxation, breathing, and guided meditation. Sessions last one hour and are available on Mondays and Wednesdays 17.00-18.00 hrs; and Mondays through Fridays 19.00-20.00 hrs and 20.00-21.00 hrs.
